A host of former Super Eagles Stars, led by Daniel Amokachi will on AIDS Day this year trade tackles with a selection of Nollywood actors. The match is to be held at Campos Square, Lagos and is to advocate improved support, care and non-discrimination of people living with AIDS in the country. The event is organized by friends of the Global Fund Africa in partnership with coca cola. Some Nigerian Musicians and comedians are also expected to attend. Eagle’s stars that have already confirmed attendance are Austin Okocha, Daniel Amokachi, Victor Ikpeba, Tijani Babangida and Emeka Ezuego amongst others. A mobile Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) station will be set up to provide an opportunity for people to receive counseling and also to be tested for HIV at no cost.
