On 2nd December 2012, CAIRES Grooming Agency, a non-governmental event production organization will host the National Heritage Awards and Miss Heritage Beauty Pageant at the Imo Concorde Hotel in Owerri, Imo State. The event will feature 36 cultural contestants to represent the Nation’s cultural diversity with each contestant representing states other than their respective states of origin. Each contestant is expected to make research on the customs and cultural practices of their assigned state.
