After scoring his first goal for West Ham against Tottenham on Sunday, Andy Carroll is confident that he can be a threat to two of the best sides in the league. West Ham take on Man Utd at Old Trafford today before welcoming Chelsea to Upton Park at the weekend and Carroll believes he can now go on a run of finding the back of the net, after an initial barren spell at the start of the season. “It was about time, to be honest”, Carroll told West Ham TV. “I’m just grateful to have got off the mark and hopefully there will be more to come this week”.
