Justin Bieber performed at the Power 96.1's Jingle Ball concert on Wednesday. The 18-year-old singer has been the subject of a lot of attention after two men were arrested for reportedly plotting to kill and castrate Justin on behalf of an obsessed fan serving a life sentence in jail. "We take every precaution to protect and ensure the safety of Justin and his fans", his manager Scooter Braun told US weekly.
