Although it sure looked like the 75-year-old actor was dozing off during a recent live television interview with his Now You See Me co-star Michael Caine, Freeman has his own theory. The veteran star took to his Facebook page on Thursday night to explain what happened, and it's a good one.
Giving his own spin of the 'just resting my eyelids' excuse, Freeman wrote: 'Regarding my recent interview, I wasn't actually sleeping. 'I'm a beta tester for Google Eyelids and I was merely taking the opportunity to update my Facebook page.' The good-humoured star also posted a picture of himself giving the thumbs up. Also on Thursday night Freeman appeared on The Daily Show to talk about his new film and ended up diving into a conversation on theoretical physics.
